i managed to tipped the whole box of Tau Sar Piah from our kitchen top and had a whale of a time outta it :p while i'm at it, i chanted " i must, i must, i must must must must"... thru-out this operation! (it works! try it *wink*)

none to say, the sight that greeted my mummy wasn't as pleasant as what i thought! (why not mummy? i had a fun tea session sans the tea!)

i got a deadly glare & "what have you done again!!!!"yada..yada..yada.. (endless loop) from mummy~ oopsie ~ sensing that mummy don't share my idea of fun, i did an impromptu wide-eyed innocent "where did i go wrong mummy" as this never failed (till date) to make her go "awwww.. that's alright baby, just don't do it again!" .. hee heee..

while mummy was busy clearing up the "mess", i proudly hang around, showing her my masterpiece ~

been awhile & im puncturing this long absence with my recent close shave with death (melodramtic, i know but it seemed like it to me!!)

13/8/09 - rude morning call

1ish i was projecting my dinner like a merlion
3ish out comes my brekkie
6ish down south has got some kinda funky activities

mummy decided to fast me for a day & monitor my situation before blowing the whistle.

All was clear till 8sih in the evening.. i started projecting again & i had a minor pink guava juice-like accident down south. I cant seemed to find a comfy position to rest my weary furball as my tummy was having WWIII..

Daddy decided to bundle me up & send me str8 to A&E at Animal Recovery, Balestier.

I was attended by Dr Shum. She drew blood from me while my parents cowered like chickens. embarrassing, really! Next was to the X-ray room and i had unexpected bouts of bloody discharge; big mistake!

It warranted immediate admission; accompanied with tubes giong thru me.... i knew its gonna be a looooooog nite as mummy was raining buckets.. alrite, alrite, i had my fair share of drama too...

i heard mummy calling at 12midnite to check on me as i paced the perimeter of my enclosure, hoping that mummy will change her mind & come bring me home. Alas, no dice. :(

14/8/09

mummy called at 7am & was told that i had 2 more bouts of bloody discharge + vomitting

11ish - mummy visited; after a teary reunion, was told that i still need to be kept under obseravtion for another day! boo-hoo.. more tear-ducts cleansing moments

12pm - aunty cecilia came to give moral support.

1pm - papa came & we saw him at his most tender/emotional moments ever! (it sealed my position in his heart *evil grin*)

2-4pm - there was a surgery thus the entourage was required to leave.

4-6.30pm - papa+mummy+aunty cecilia came back to baby me (carried me & soothe my fraying nerves.) Uncle Antz & Janice jiejie visited as well before the whole ging-gang left me to fend for myself once again *whimpers*

15/8/09

no signs of purging

i was given powdered supplments as a measure to re-introduce food into my system

after multiple calls, with assurance that there was no absolutely no more purging, i was given the all clear sign to discharge!

7.30pm - was sent home with a bag full of stuffs which promised to make me well!

16/8/09

Looked on forlornly as Happy,Pepper & the hoomans chowed.

feeling sleepy & weak all the time as those damn powdered whatever was just nt enuff to sustain! *wails* plus the many many meds being bumped into me is NOT helping at all.. oh dreary...

Lucky for me, on seeing me in such wretched state; my ever indulging parents once again bundled me up to ARC for a review!

Dr Shum ordered a blood test to checked on my BP & did some perfunctory checks. Upon all indicators pointing at GREEN; she agreed to allow small anounts of soft food. wheee! *happy dance*. Before being sent home, she sternly told me to stop bullying my parents too :p

it's the wet season yet again, hmmpf.. i dont get to go out for my long walks as much :(

mummy sensed my disappointment everyday thus she resorted to bringing me to the multi-storey car park to placate me :p

on days when there wasnt any cars, ABNN washing cars or "shady ppl loitering" on the highest floor, she will unleash me & let me work my glutes... one should never let their muscles get wasted ya know ;)

haizzz.... nothing beats my stairmaster (overhead bridge), fresh-air, unrestrictive open space (car-park has got concrete walls!)..

oh well.. guess i just have to make do for now ....

Tadah! introducing my latest toy,..... Mr Croc! with compliments from my ever indulging papa.. i HEART u pops! *licks* Mr Croc is almost 2X my size!.. i can do many cool things with him. keke..

1. I can HUG him to sleep

2. He can keep MOI company when im home alone *sniffles*

3. I can STRADDLE him like a horsey (pfft.. what were you thinking? sicko!)

4. I can SULK with him

I bet there are many more cool things i can do with Mr Croc... e.g. lug him around the house like Linus in Charlie Brown, tug-o-war, shakes him violently, wrestle & slam him like those pro in WWF ... etc... ooo i shan't bark no more, me gonna get back to my Mr Croc!

My regular saturday...

yawnsssssssss... *stretches*.. it's yet another saturday morning with mummy not having to rush off to work & me getting my morning walk! *yippie*

it usually starts with a visit to the basketball court where i get to be off-leashed!!! *visualise those animals in Born Free documentaries*.. i get to run FREE, wind in my face, tongues lolling
(minus the slobbering).

after we are done with warming up at the court, we are off to our next station, crossing the overhead bridge!

for this station, mummy will also off-leashed me at the foot of the bridge & we will race to the top!!! .. no prizes for guessing who's always the winner... while mummy is panting like a dog, ill be checking out the ongoing traffic beneath...vroommmm... zoommmmm... *horn*, *brakes*.. i get to see cars of all sizes & colors... OoOooo... did i just spot a 7 series beemer?... rich ppl we have here in punggol!

once im done with the kapo-ing, mummy will leash me & we will descend to continue with our regular route....

its SOP that mummy will brush me after each walks *flexes my muscles*..... oops.. side-tracked for a sec.. kekek... where were we?

Oh yes, brushing? yikes! i totally hates it! so i'll usually throw a hissy fit to show my displeasure before letting her "neaten" me up.. so sissy isnt it? hmpf!...

as i was expecting to head home... a lady approached us with big smiles, waving & all... grrrr.. *intruder alert!!* ...*defence mechanism loaded & ready to protect my mummy*

i started barking at her ferociously, putting up a false bravado, hoping that she back off ...but boy was i wrong! she continued smiling and even tried to bribe me with food!

A man came along and i interrogated him by sniffing him out. He seemed to be in cahoots with the lady and offered me food as well! All this while, mummy seemed to be friendly with them (yakking.. smiling & all) & it dawns on me that they could be mummy's frens! *paw-seh* *blush*
It turns out that they are our neighbors, Jayne jiejie & HB from BLOCK E! *faints... dig me a hole pronto!*

The hoo-mans... continued yakking while Jayne jiejie bribed me with wholemeal bread & biscuits she brought along to win me over *hugs.. u r soo nice*

Once they are done yakking & im done with whatever available bribery she brought along (bring me more next time ya *winks*... we bounded home to tell papa our lil encounter..

I got a new MOHAWK hair cut!

Yawns.. it's just a hair cut, no biggie, but I managed to evoke many brouhaha amongst the humans.. *humans! *rolls my eyes*

I overheard "cute", "funny" followed by guffaws..... whoa! hold it there humans! me ain't farni k, im the epitome of class, good looks of my kind k!! hmmpfff…

last week was rainy & the weather was reallllllii chilly.. i cant seemed to sleep thru the nite without wiggling about for a warm spot .. brrgggg...pluzzzee..someone, anyone! switch off the AC for Christ sake! PRONTO!

obviously my plea will never be heeded as my whale-like, bear in permanent hibernation mode papa cant sleep with anything less than minus zero (feels like the Arctic to me)

mummy noticed my restlessness & started wearing jammies for me before we hit the sack! *ta-dah* just like that! i was out for the count nitely & didnt stir till papa+mummy is to the point of being late for work! lol~

well, its win-win situation for everyone at home. *winks* ever since the introduction of jammies, mummy gets to sleep till her irritating alarm jolts her from reverie.

for this "papa-is-away" period, mummy decided to bundle me up and seek refuge at Aunty Cecilia's!!!! woohoo... it's like xmas came early for me that kinda feeling.. double whoopie! *singing: "happy sha la la" instead of "Lonely by Acorn" hahaha... i get to play with Happy (aka pwettie cousin *wink*) all day long instead of playing the pinning game at home.. la-la-la...

I detest mondays just as much as anyone out there! not that i need to work for my keep or anything like that.. well.. haiz.....i'll be ALL alone you see.. as papa + mummy will start their mon - fri "work days" ..

what is work anywayz? im like Garfield, we live by the mantra, "So much time, so little to do"

not that i can stop them from going to work... but boy DO i tryyy .. very hard in fact, EVERY single monday! ... i start with the refusing to get outta bed till the eleventh hour, not wanting to eat, pee or poo, switching on my sulker mode with the most heart-wrenching "puss in boots imploring eyes"!!

it's not a sure proof tactic but it managed to make mummy take urgent leave on few RAREST occassions... like they say.. you never try, you never know :p

FYI, i failed again this morning.. better luck next monday! i'm positive like that *wink*

well.. shoo shooo.. "working" people.. get back to work! dont let me keep you.. im gonna go about my business doing what i does best.... DOING NOTHING...lol..wahahaha..

im having breakouts!!!!!!! OMG!.... i need a beautician to give me a once over pronto!.. erm .. maybe a vet will do the trick.

i dunno what got over me, i started with 1...2...3... nooooooooo... 20 - 30 big red angry boils all over my upper body!!

mummy has been painstakingly applying some 'elixir' on it & willing it to subside.... well, being the ever angelic me, i played my part too! i recline on the couch (visualise me sun bathing on the sundeck chair) & let her go about working her 'healing hands' magic .. yawns.. no love lost here, i get my baby carrot end of the ordeal :p cool deal huh?

haiz.. it's no joke, i tell ya.. it's so itchy scratchy that i so wanna call 911!!!

papa & mummy is gonna soak me in medicated shampoo tmr... as much as i hate to take baths(as in capital H) , i think its worth a shot!

till then, i hope to the kind lord above to relieve me of my sins... oops. i meant my itch.

heavy downpour this morning was scary!... the whiplash of the rain sends the windows clattering to the point of being blown away any minute!

I'm not kidding!.. i was woken up by it & was too jittery to get back to slumberland.......

mummy sensed my fear & asked papa to carry me & let me nestle inbetween them! oooo.. nice! i feel so secure & warm...

i decided to try my luck, inched closer to mummy & lie on her shoulders .. so far so good, mummy never ask me to sleep on my own! Eventually i inched away and sleep on her pillow instead! (psst.. mummy's shoulders are too bony!).. couple of minutes later, i wriggled outta the comforter as its too HOT to zzzzz... i got my own thermals, permanently attached!, thanks but no thanks for the pseudo coat kekeke.. within minutes, im back to my moo-moo-land, chasing kittties, all limbs splayed between papa+mummy :D..

not bad an outcome for a cold stormy nite eh ;) i feel so lurrveeee...

till the next drama unfolds...
